Introduction (Summary)
Watch SingleDad founder RJ Jaramillo’s great crock pot recipe that can get the kids involved too!
Necessary Things:
- (1) 4 Quart Crock pot (low heat)
- (1) Lemon Garlic Spiced, Pre-packaged Pork Tenderloin
- (1) Bushel of Cilantro
- (1) White Onion (Chopped Fine)
- (3) Limes
- (1) 16 – 20 oz. Jar of Red Mild Salsa
- (1) Table Spoon of Minced Garlic,
- (1) Tablespoon of Oregeno flakes
- (1) Tablespoon of Garlic Salt
- (1) Tablespoon of Olive Oil
- (1) Package of Corn Tortillas
- Beans and Salsa for garnish
Step 1:
Drop Olive Oil, minced garlic, onions and salsa into crock pot.
Step 2:
Spice meat with oregano, garlic, cilantro and all 3 limes.
Step 3:
Leave for a minimum of 6 hours, low heat.

Monica, I LOVE pulled pork! My traovife recipe is on use real butter. Hers is tangy, spicy and Carolina-style. I strongly suggest trying to use a pork butt (shoulder). Don’t worry about the high fat content, you can pull it off after the pork cooks. I love pork tenderloin, too, but the pork butt is so old school and sooo good! I like serving mine on a nice, soft potato hamburger roll with plenty of spicy hot sauce!
